What Women Will Learn During Firearm Training

Our women’s firearm training focuses on practical skills that help participants become safer, more confident, and more responsible around handguns. Instruction is adjusted to each woman’s experience, comfort level, and personal goals.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Apply the four fundamental firearm safety rules
  • Safely load, unload, and verify that a handgun is clear
  • Build a stable shooting stance and proper two-handed grip
  • Improve trigger control, sight alignment, and shooting accuracy
  • Recognize common firearm malfunctions and respond safely
  • Follow proper range commands, procedures, and etiquette
  • Select a firearm that fits their hands, comfort level, and intended purpose
  • Store firearms responsibly and help prevent unauthorized access
  • Make informed decisions about personal protection and responsible firearm ownership
  • Identify appropriate next steps for continued training and skill development

By the end of the session, participants should have a clearer understanding of safe handgun operation, stronger shooting fundamentals, and greater confidence practicing under professional supervision.
