I’m very late posting this review, but I’ve taken 2 classes with Trouble Defense and I cannot recommend them enough!... read more I took the Beginner Firearms class in January (included a general overview on pistols, a cleaning class, and a 1 hour range time with an instructor). After this I felt comfortable enough to actually purchase a firearm and be confident in my ability to use and maintain it. I ended up taking the CCW class as well in April, and it was just as informative. As a woman, it can feel very intimidating trying to get into firearms, but Sheena and Lacey were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and I’m so grateful to them and Trouble Defense for creating such a safe and inclusive environment to learn. If you’re looking for any kind of firearms training in the DMV, I highly recommend going to Trouble Defense!
