I had a very scary situation happen to me recently and it made me realize that I needed to protect... read more myself. So I went online and started searching and I stumbled upon Trouble Defense. I reached out to Sheena (Mrs. Trouble) and shared with her my concerns and from the start she was very encouraging and helpful. She answered all of my questions (and I had many) and I signed up for the Basic Pistol Class and a session at the gun range. The class was very informative and Sheena is very knowledgeable on the laws and guns. The next day I met her at the range and while I was very nervous she walked me through the whole process and it helped to put my mind at ease. It was my first time ever holding or shooting a gun and it actually wasn’t that scary all and I attribute that to Sheena being there making sure I was doing everything correctly. I highly recommend this company and SHEENA - she is personable, knowledgeable and very professional. I can’t wait for my next one on one

Sheena was extremely... read more knowledgeable, professional, and well organized from beginning to end. She provided a clear agenda at the start of the class, and we thoroughly covered every topic listed. I especially appreciated that the course still felt conversational and engaging. The breaks were also well timed, which helped make a full day of detailed information feel manageable and productive. Trouble Defense offers a wide range of services, training, and resources, and it was clear that Sheena is passionate about making sure her students feel informed, prepared, and confident. This was truly a day well spent. I left the course feeling that I had gained valuable knowledge, and I am looking forward to completing the range session!
