Professional Firearm-Safety Training Should Be Accessible
Trouble Defense is a veteran-owned firearm-safety academy that has served Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC since 2012.
We believe cost should not be the only reason someone is unable to receive responsible, professional firearm-safety education. The Trouble Defense Monthly Virginia CCW Training Scholarship removes the classroom tuition for one person every month.
This scholarship is intended for Virginia residents who are serious about firearm safety, responsible ownership, and understanding the responsibilities associated with concealed carry.
This is a training scholarship. It is not a firearm giveaway, and no firearm is included.

A Personal Message From the Owner
As a husband, father, Army veteran, and firearm instructor, I understand the responsibility that comes with protecting yourself and the people you love. I also understand that sometimes the desire to receive professional training is there, but bills, family responsibilities, and everyday life get in the way.
I created Trouble Defense to do more than teach classes. I wanted to build a company that helps ordinary people feel safer, more confident, and better prepared. Professional firearm-safety education should not be limited only to those who can easily afford it.
That is why we are offering one free Virginia CCW class every month. If this opportunity would make a meaningful difference in your life, please tell us your story. We may not be able to select everyone, but every application will be read with care, dignity, and respect.
